Dont complain about the service as you dont get any. I have tried 3 times in the last month to buy shoes here. The staff ignore you, are not visible or attend to the latest arrival who insists she is served before others who have been waiting. I really wonder why they bother opening, they cant be bothered serving any customers. Despite 3 attempts I didnt buy ant shoes because the sales staff refuse to help and I walk out.
A great mix of knowledgable, friendly staff and overall fair to good prices and a great range. Their stock levels aren't great though, so you may not always be able to get exactly what you're looking for (especially if it's 'end of line'), but I've found the staff willing to look for the nearest similar option, let you try several sizes on without complaining, and be happy for you to walk away if they don't have what you want.
