We had great customer service and everything was going extremely well
My son wanted to wear his new shoes home, so we asked if his own pair of joggers could please go into the box for us to take home?
This is by no means an unusual request as I'm sure you're aware.
The sales lady looked at his shoes with obvious disgust and asked him to place them in the box himself. They were sitting right beside her on the floor where she was kneeling & he had to get up and walk over to her to do it.
The shoes were just ordinary FILA brand joggers of about 3 months old - not 'grunge laden, old, ready for the bin' looking or even slightly tatty. Really quite new.
My question is this ... why so rude and not even a hint of apology or explanation for not just 'popping' them into the box herself?
Very, very, odd and a bit unpleasant too.

NEVER BUY SHOES FROM WILLIAMS SHOES AGAIN - I used to buy shoes from William shoes with no problem, but today I bought a sandal for my young daughter, shortly we found the metal clips are hurting my daughter's foot, I returned to Shop for return - it's the faulty of the shoes! but the management refused, and keeps asking 'why you bought it?', it's the very bad shopping experience in the XMas even the shoes are not expensive ones. We decided NEVER to shop in William Shoes again.

Williams have a great range of evening shoes. They especially have great "glitzy" shoes for formal occasions. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. The staff are very experienced and good at fitting shoes.
