Williams The Shoemen

I have never been ripped off and treated so poorly in my lifetime. This has been the most negative shopping experience of my life. I speak with utter fairness and I could not recommend other shoe stores, I will be taking this mockery and abuse further with consumer review Australia.

There is new staff at Williams Warwick WA.

What an amazing change, great looking store, polite and very helpful staff along with good product knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble for them.



Go and take a look for yourselves....

Well done to the ladies in the store I will certainly be coming back and will recommend to all my friends.

BUYER BEWARE *** APPAULING SERVICE & LACK OF CARE ALL ROUND!!



Today, I went into the Williams store in Warwick, After waiting around for about 10 minutes (with nobody around i could off just walked out with the till). I was FINALLY approached by a staff who was rude and obnoxious. I asked if i could return a pair of shoes which i had purchased only a few days ago that hadnt been worn however the staff accused me off wearing them and rudly refused to give me a refund or even an exchange. Ended up seeing the same pair at K-mart for more than HALF THE PRICE!!!!



I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM WILLIAMS, THIS SERVICE AND NOT PROVIDING REFUNDS (within the 30 day as written CLEARLY on the receipt) IS APPAULING!!!..
