Williamstown Mussels Fish & Chippery

Unfortunately we were not happy with our first visit there last night, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our order of a piece of fish, some chips and a burger. There were so many frustrated customers waiting for their food and only one person cooking and one person taking orders - when there were no customers placing an order the young man just stood around! He didn't have help make or pack the food orders or anything - I counted 7 napkin holders on tables inside and only one actually had a napkin in it - he could have filled napkins and sauce or wipe down tables or help get orders out and instead just left the work and didn't tell people as they ordered that there was a long wait or anything. Also the burger with the lot didn't include beetroot or pineapple yet they had a Hawaiian burger option which had pineapple

The service was so bad , he didn't say one word. On the way out i said thank you , your welcome to him. Just to make some kind of point to him.

Way overpriced, but everyone else seems to like go here. Still can't figure out why?
