I was looking for a beauty therapist in Williamstown . I found a Gem !! The manager did my treatment. She is highly skilled and very professional and so friendly she advised me on the right moisturizer to use as i had been using the wrong creams on my face. After my treatment my skin felt amazing. I would highly recommend this salon.i can't wait for my next visit .
Worst salon ever!!! Not only was I waiting about 25 minutes, I had my eyebrows done there, took half my brows off and when I told them they said they looked like that when I came in. I don't understand how people can be so rude and still run a salon but I'm guessing the salon isn't that busy as I was offered several time slots for a Saturday. So disappointing.
Went to this salon about two months ago and was really disappointed. The salon looked nice and the staff member I had was really nice and friendly but 'the management' not sure if that was really the management, butted in and made a rude remark to me as I was leaving. Management made a comment about something me and the other person were talking about and I was really offended. For someone of that age, they really shouldnt be saying things like that, its disgusting coming from someone that old. Anyway avoid that person if you go in.
