Terrible service!!!! Absolute nightmare dealing with them! We needed a conveyancer for the purchase of our new home. We required a quick settlement and were reassured by one if the head solicitors that they would take care of everything and we wouldn't have to worry about legal matters, during this rather stressful time. They were charming and made us feel at ease during our first consult, however, after handing over our money we had non stop issues! We were constantly chasing them to finalise and fax documents to the bank and after requesting to speak with our conveyancer we were informed that they had left for a holiday overseas and wasn't returning till after our settlement! During the settlement the real estate required urgent documents, which this company failed to send, we almost lost the purchase of our new home.
