We were recently up at The Sunshine Coast for our annual holiday, which we have been visiting for the past 10 years. We love Cotton Tree, stay by the river and enjoy the local scene. My favourite shop by a mile is Willow and Bird homeware shop. I love the variety and that they offer products you don't find in other stores. I love also the fact that I purchase products and they will organise postage, so I don't have to worry about weight limits with flying. Staff are really professional and super friendly. Highly recommended a visit to this terrific store. Look forward to visiting again on our next holiday.

The variety of products from clothing,shoes,bags,jewellery its endless. Awesome place to pop in and grab something for a gift or a night out. Never a disappointment the service is lovely and the shop smells so good with all the lovely scents greeting you when you walk in. Highly recommend you check this little gem out.

Very poor customer service, beyond rude and highly unprofessional female owner. Refused to give me a refund and insisted I took a replacement dress - which had the exact same problem when washed, all the colours ran. On phoning she hung up the phone on me. I had to redial. Your right as a customer is get a refund on faulty items, not to be told you can have a replacement or a credit note! Check with the Australian Comission. Cannot recommend in any way. There are nicer more professional specialist gift shops in Cotton Tree.
