Such a beautiful Salon with welcoming staff!!
I'm always very indecisive and give the hairdresser an idea of what I want then ask them to do what they think would suit me. I'm so happy with the results!!
Caresse was my stylist - strongly recommend her and the Salon in general!

Gorgeous local salon, friendly and experienced staff. Always a great result, The owner Casey, has been doing my hair for over ten years and I always love it. Can highly recommend Willow!

My stylist could not have been LESS interested in cutting my hair. I went in on a Sunday afternoon for a simple trim and a blow out. She cut it WAY TOO short, half heartedly blew it dry without a brush, then used a flat iron to straighten it / add curls (pro tip - that's NOT a blow out!).

On top of that, she was rude and very obviously did not want to be at work. The space itself is beautiful and the receptionist could not have been nicer, but the end result was AWFUl - especially for $90!!

Decided to go local rather than go to Paddington. What a mistake!! I showed stylist photo of my hair from 3 months ago (tint and balyage). I also explained what I did not want. I did not want yellow/orange "streaks". She did exactly what I did not want. I had to grab her hand and say that she was putting in way too many. She rolled her eyes. After I saw the result I actually started crying. Haircut awful as well. Train your staff to listen, train them how to actually learn more than weave foils. Train your staff to blow dry!! My hair is a walking local advertisement. No one would go if I told them where it was done..

Overpriced for the level of expertise. Some stylists may seem experienced but their knowledge of how to achieve a certain look or effect is extremely limited. Perhaps further training or broadening of horizons when it comes to learning new techniques could be beneficial to staff here (and therefore their clients). I left this salon feeling very disappointed in the amateurish result (which was nothing close to what i asked for) and felt robbed of my money. I'd advise against booking here if you're expecting stylists with a clue.
