Willowbank Butchery

Loads of meat products available, convenient cuts and marinated meats. Huge sausage range with some unique flavour combo’s, I find that it is a good place to get your BBQ sausages. I also like the huge range of chicken products available. Good all-round place to get your meat. Priced to suit all budgets. Staff are pleasant.

Used to go here but the butchers won't even show there face out front and are very unhelpful when asked for something they don't show out front that most local butchers would've happy to help you with

Ok so wow what a horrible place! I actually go there pretty often, usually spend $200 a month kinda thing. Always has been over $10 just by chance. Today I went in to get some pork just for myself. I asked for a nice bit, sized for one. All good as usual. That will be $9, whipped out my card as always and said Pay Pass please. She said no, we don't accept card for under $10. I said, well its $9 and I'll know for next time. Also its Pay Pass, small transactions is whats thats for. She refused and told me to add something else. I don't want anything else. So I was turned away, yep she wouldn't sell me the pork steak.... I said wow, you've lost a long time customer over this. She shrugged like she didn't care one bit. Don't support places like this, go somewhere else. I will never be going back again, nor will the rest of my family. Mark.

Worst place to go. Very bad customer service. MANAGEMENT OF THE BUSINESS IS EXTREMELY RUDE!! Bought meat on Saturday and they charged me $200 extra. When I called for refund they asked to come down to the shop so that they can make a refund. Went back to the butcher, the management has left for the day so no one can do a refund. The management on the phone not willing to speak to me. Asked me to come back tomorrow. I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK!!

When I called the first time the management told me their till was out by $280. I don't know whose money they've incorrectly charged. But that's poor business.

Went to this butcher once a few years back, Was soo rude. Swearing at a new customer. Incorrect prices displayed on the products.
Never been back. Would not recommend this butcher to anyone... ever!
Most disapointing shop I have ever been too. On a rating scale of 1 to 10... 10 being lousy, would get a 25 from me. Poor service, poor customer skills. Was not impressed at all.
