In the beginning work, Jed was easily contacted and easy to work with. All our issues happened once work was meant to start. The work took 14 days instead of 4 to 5 quoted - some days Jed had not even attended the property. We accumulated many unforeseen costs in accomodation anf dog kennels which did not concern the Jed. The business phone was either restricted or disconnected so couldn't make contact, only phoned us when requesting more money to buy "supplies" which we were too trusting to provide. My partner and I were very empathetic as Jed gave us many excuses to why work was not being completed but the finished product has completely actually shocked us that Jed claims 12 years experience
