Wilson and Hunter the Emporium

Whilist the shop has a beautiful range of clothing I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have visisted this shop multipule times and spent an excessive amount of money, however upon entering the staff remain and the desk and have never looked up and greeted me. I have always said hello and asked how they are and they approach me very rudely and abruptly. This customer service is exteremly poor and management should look at this.

What a lovely *quaint* country style dress shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the range on offer - they sell the well known designer brands Tilly Rose, Speedo etc. So if you are looking for quality - Australian made designer items, this is where you'll find them. The shop was light and bright with a relaxed feel about it, selling both ladies and men's clothing and accessories. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I certainly didn't expect to find such a range of designer brands out in the Hunter Valley in a small shopping village, perfect for finding a last minute item to wear to a wedding or to dinner.
