I was really annoyed to find that this company charged me twice for the same day's parking - once for booking online and again at the boom gate, where they re-charged the credit card they'd told me to use to get into the parking area. Emails to the company resulted in disappointment - nothing but rudeness and a patronising reply. Avoid at all costs.
