Shocking parking. No one around. You drive down the entry at Galleria and THEN see it is $24 for 30 - 60 minutes, no way to get out without paying. BE WARNED.... Robbers, just awful experience. Had no option to stay for an appointment, couod me $48 for an hour and 10 minutes.
Used this car park for the first time today and I have to say I was beyond disappointed and frustrated, and will not be going back. How on earth can you have a multi multi level car park, where you have to park on the top floor and yet the lift does not work!!! It was not the cleanest I have ever used, and why would you have automatic pay stations only on the ground level!!! After all there were cameras everywhere so why not add pay stations on some other levels. What was worse was there were no big signs telling you this. So you climb all the way up only to wander around looking for clues before you stumble across another customer who had just come from downstairs, then you either walk back down again or drive down and pray there is a spare spot for you to park in so you can get out of dodge!
