Wilson car park at West Perth is hugely overpriced for a car park that is constantly not letting cars out due to a fault in the exit ticket machine, elevator is often broken and no one answers the phone at the exit ticket machine to provide assistance. This happens at least twice a week and when you call the 1300 number provided on the website and finally get through even though it is the emergency number to get out of a car park immediately they take your number and no one ever returns your call. Wilson car parks need to take liability for the public security and risk to personal safety that they cause and start using its enormous revenue to provide a proper car parking service as it should. Suggest that there be a public enquire to Wilson’s mismanagement and blatant profiteering whilst not providing any maintenance or customer service
At what stage are you going to finally take your patron’s complaints seriously to properly repair those continuously problematic lifts at Kings Complex, 517 Hay St, Perth? There are a wide range of reasons why some people are unable to use stairs. Clearly your head office doesn’t seem to care. Perhaps, more likely to care if someone sustains a serious injury on those stairs? Not good for locals nor interstate visitors.
