Windsor Holden

In my opinion and experience, avoid the Windsor Holden Dealer at all costs, I ordered a new vehicle on 30th April 2016. When I was to take delivery in June 2016 I then discovered they tried to supply a vehicle built the previous year (2015) I was rudely told over the phone that I would be taken to the small claims tribunal if I didn't pay for the vehicle. With the assistance of NSW dept. of Fair Trading and General Motors I was directed to another Sydney Holden dealer with a very satisfactory outcome.

Thinking of buying a used car from Windsor Holden? Think again or get a professional to check the car over thoroughly first. They will tell you anything to get you to buy the car. Then when you find a fault they tell you their used cars are sold as is or the fault was done after the sale. Don't get talked into the Extreme Protect Paint Treatment either, save your money. They do a bad job, that is if they remember to actually do it the first time.

I would NOT recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Windsor Holden. They are over priced and service is poor. Do not come here or give them a second chance like the fool I was. For example, $450 for a new key. Waited in their showroom for half a day before they had the decency to come and tell me "Oops, so sorry. We've, gosh darn, gone and ordered the wrong key. Would you care to wait around for the rest of the day whilst we sort our mistake out? Feel free to enjoy our complimentary cheap coffee while you wait." Just don't do it. Please, please, please don't do it. You will regret it.

Ive had major issues with holden windsor with there service dept with my holden cruze they worked on and due to there incompanent mechanics have have caused major damage to my motor. and the management has declined any part of this. They are under investergation at present due to there lack of workmanship. Holden windsor wouldnt be a place id reccomend caused my car to be off the road with major damaged due to there mistakes. I have taken legal action.

When I first signed up they were very helpful and friendly. but now that I have brought a car with them I was told not to go to any other mechanic as it voids my warranty, the prices have gone through the roof and the service is so poor that I would rather sell my car then come back here again! So disappointing.
