As a female who believes in a healthy mind and body, I definitely recommend taking a class to see for yourselves the benefits this school has to offer . I've been training with Sifu Rob for just over 12 months. I find his classes really enjoyable and his teachings very practical and easy to comprehend. There's a good balance of technique development, reflex training, and sparring. The school operates in a very relaxed learning environment and caters for a diverse audience from different background and training levels. Sifu Rob is really outgoing and personable enjoys spending time each of his students to ensure they perform at their best.
