I have been a loyal and regular customer but must say I think I will look elsewhere. After paying $180 for eyebrows and a natural set my eyebrows are not died andy lashes fell out rapidly for the first time.
When I went in to repair the technician claimed she did the lashes herself when I am positive it was a different technician. I believe her "repair" was rushed and poor work not to mention I would of remembered this lady as she was insulting and rude on other occasions about my lashes and doesnt do a treatment worth paying so much for.

This was my first eyebrow threading experience and I definitely won't be back. It was so expensive! So much more than waxing!! Especially when you're not even in a private room. They say it includes an 'eyebrow massage' which was just a quick rub over the eyebrows. The staff were friendly enough but I really felt as though they took off as much I could have myself with tweezers and that I need to go get it waxed properly. They offered to take more off but they just can't get into those little areas. I might try threading again in a more private setting, but won't be back here.

Extremely disappointed after a lash perm and tint today. Irritated my eyes and one side over permed - one still straight! Very rushed job and advised therapist was stinging my eyes she didn't care just said 2 mins please. Very dangerous with chemicals around the eyes. No refund! Suggested repeat service in a month - wouldn't trust them to touch my eyes again! Beware!!!

I was very upset after I had an eyelash tint and perm. My eyelashes looked like they were folded back and irritated my eyes and eyelids. I was not given a refund and was told to put oil and brush them when I got home. This just made the irritation worse and did not help at all.

I've been coming here for years, all of the ladies here are amazing at shaping eyebrows! Threading is a little uncomfortable but I find the results last longer and are less abrasive on the skin than waxing. Includes a lovely brow massage at the end. The staff are professional, plus they all have beautiful eyebrows, always a good sign for me!
