Glen is good technically. And a friendly enough bloke. But the price charged for the work performed was over the top. Very expensive. He explained he had another job on the day that was time consuming and he didn't make a lot of money from it. So he charged me extra to make up the difference. Not happy. Especially as it was a simple part replacement that took all of 10 minutes. I had the part waiting - it was the second time my washer had the same problem so it was fairly cut and dried. So I would not recommend Wintertons to anyone based on this experience. I felt ripped off. Also price was not disclosed upfront - not ethical. My suggestion would be to go elsewhere unless you want to pay through the teeth. And I see from reviews on the internet there are quite a few unhappy former customers.

After calling around to 7 or 8 businesses, speaking to Winterton's (I can't remember your name I'm sorry!) was a breath of fresh air. Everyone else I had spoken to seemed disinterested in helping or giving advice and even if they were cheaper I honestly would not have chosen to give them my business based purely on their customer service. Thank you for being honest, friendly and professional. We really appreciate it!
