Wippells Autos

Went to Wippells Autos to purchase a new car. Was advised the wait would be around six weeks, waited eight weeks without any communication from any of the Salespeople and then still no car, yet they guaranteed 100% delivery on the day. Very poor customer service should not have to wait eight to nine weeks for delivery. Would not recommend them at all. Very disappointing, will be going elsewhere.

Crashed the front of my VW Polo in the driveway then told me that their driveway wasn\'t suitable for the car but decided to drive it in anyway, they are a VW dealership! 2 year break fluid replacement NOT included in service, charged over a $100 more than quoted! Absolutely disgraceful when you need a service. Took over 9 hours to service the car definitely were in no rush which is not suitable because we live out of town and run a business. Love VW but would not definitely recommend a purchase or service from Wippells Autos based on our experience!

was pleasantly surprised as I had the prior impression that this company would be expensive; salesman was prepared to really negotiate and we were interested in one only second hand vehicle advertised and knew our prices. A couple of things had to be replaced to bring the vehicle up to the standard required for my mechanic partner's satisfaction. Follow up phone call a few months later to check on our satisfaction with the vehicle. Friendly, efficient and trusting staff. Check them out!

We purchased a new vehicle at Wippells and the service both when purchasing and at every service is absolutely professional. They are very polite, helpful and reliable.
