i moved in and had payed a whole years rent with borrowed money at 25% interest i had to to get it the place was flithy and much rubbish left in big wheely bins plus unwanted items in shed I was told would all be removed but wasnt i was already in an injured state and getting place ready reinjured me such that i had to delay moving in and such cost meover 5000 dollars ounce in there was no hot water and never was Anyway i made some physical recovery as time went by with treatment but disater struck via next door neighbor they semi demolished the adjoining terrace and much fibro went in my yard but for some reason or other it was broken up in a staggering number of small pieces so i in fear of asbestos could never enter yard again so i had no toilet olr hot water for all time there infact really the place was from then on just a flat with no toilet or really washing facilities worse was to come wiseberry themselves then proceeded with a development ...read more
