Lovely people who helped out and went out of their way more than once

Wasn't too impressed with our first encounter. Living in Sydney we rang FRIDAY to ask if we could see inside the house on the MONDAY. The agent wouldn't be there that day but promissed to pass our enquiry along..... Monday morning no word from anyone, we rang to say that we were on our way, only to be called back and told they had to give the tennant 24-48 hrs notice of them showing the house and the tennant wouldn't let them/us in. Travelled all that way for NOTHING and having called FRIDAY to make arrangements to 24-48hrs notice, shouldn't have been an issue.....obviously communication between agents and organisation are NOT strong points.
