A lovely store packed to the brim with flowers and gifts.
I didn't buy anything but the lady was so friendly and accomodating to my questions.

delivered stale flowers to my girlfriend, not good customer service.

We ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and the arrangement sent was not what was ordered at all (and some of the flowers were brown and curled at the edges). Neither the staff nor the management staff were willing to rectify the situation. They didn't even say sorry. Both the staff member we spoke to and the management staff were quite rude and dismissive about the fact they had sent the incorrect flowers! They did not seem to care at all they were ruining my mothers birthday and the management staff was in fact quite rude to my mother, on her birthday!!



I honestly cannot believe this business is still going when they treat customers so horribly! $120 on stale flowers in the wrong colour and my poor mothers birthday ruined.



I would urge people to stay away from this business or risk being sorely disappointed and potentially be abused on their special day.
