I've been involved with motorcycles and dealers for over 30 years, buying, selling and getting parts. In all this time I have never come across a dealership with such dreadful customer service! Stand and wait at the counter while they talk to each other and don't even acknowledge you are in the shop. When they decide to serve you there product knowledge is like a five year olds. I suggest you know the part number of what you want before you go there and take a chair in to sit on while they decide to serve you or not. They should swap over to sell children's push bikes and after a year or two they might learn what they have to sell.

Over a period of 8 months with an assortment of parts ordered, it was just one balls up after another. The most woeful service I ever have had to deal with. Not even an apology, and then turned around to make me feel like it was my fault for some reason. I am an easy going person but this was shameful...
