Both the sumo suits and gladiator ring were broken. Couldn’t use. Absolute waste of $550. Also terrible to deal with, didn’t confirm arrival time on the day until 15 minutes before they arrived. When they arrived they had forgotten the sumo suits. Had to return over an hour later. Owner ignoring calls and texts, as I wanted to discuss a refund. Terrible business- avoid.
Terrible Service, we were very disappointed. After repeated requests that we needed a copy of their Public Liability Insurance Certificate beforehand, they turned up without it despite assuring us that they would email it or at least being it on the day (not the fault of the driver, who knew nothing about it, but the owner who never returns phone calls or emails). We therefore had to cancel the jumping castle for our event. Extremely disorganised business, do not use them.
