Quoted $150. 3 bed , 1 bathroom small home. Came around Walked around the house. Told us we needed a bigger home & very clutted. Having 5 kids at home. Told her i was NDIS self managed. Then got frustrated & said "i cant do the house i need to go home get contract we cant start today. " I told her " I only need a invoice and i can pay you in 3 days time." Replied "No i cant do that its not how it works." Being a know it all, Owner came back in the house of cleaning company. "the quote i gave you was cash only and i need to charge more for NDIS. I cant do your cleaning anymore". Self managed ndis. Means i manage payment. I get invoice and then pay you direct. But typical know it all. Cracked a sook over nothing. Wouldnt listen and very nasty. NDIS people stay away.
