You have to be very careful with these people! They sent me the wrong size - sending me US size instead of AU sizing. Finally got them to agree to pick up the uggs and swap them over for the correct sizing, only to then be told that they dont have stock of the correct sizing. Which is fine, but then the also now refuse to pick up the incorrect sized ugg at their expense. Why should I pay for their mistake??
