I went here to get a pap smear and a check-up, and chose this place based on location and previous good reviews. Big mistake.
First I had to wait over 30 minutes to see the doctor. This is even though I'd already prepared and filled out all required paperwork. There was no indication that the doctor was running late - no one made a courtesy call during the day to inform me and the reception staff did not tell me when I arrived. Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I am very disappointed that our service did not come up to your.expectations. There were clearly parts of your experience which did not match our usually high standard of care and professionalism.
One of our hallmarks is the fact that we book long appointments to allow for sensitive or complex issues to be tackled in a thorough and caring manner.
Unfortunately practising this style of medicine does sometimes give rise to
the doctor running late and this may be quite unpredictable.
Please rest assured that your comments have been noted and discussed and we have taken steps to avoid this situation arising again.We are always looking for ways to improve the running of the clinic.
