Wonderland Playcentre

Was there for a birthday party. Very disappointed. No customer service, arrogant and very poor organisation. Had to wait 20 mins after the party had started to even get in the party room. Food was very late and kids lost interest. Needs to have a complete overhaul, dirty, sagging roof in party room. Complete hazard for your children, nothing completely secure. Had a pole almost hit a child in the head, went and told them and their reply was “it wouldn’t have fell unless it was pulled on” would not recommend in a million years. How they are still open is beyond me. One angry parent????

A very bad place for the kids to play.i took my kids to this place on a sunday and noticed that the parents just dont care to supervise their kids on the rides. Hyper Boys push, slap and kick girls on slides and the management is after their money only.....completely indifferet on the complaint. My autistic child left crying and i was very upset there. Waste of 10 dollars... will never go there

I had my daughters birthday at the centre yesterday. I was disapointed about the service and the food.
They served the kids burnet chicken nuggets (i take some of the blame as I shoul've taken it back straight away) also there were 16 kids on the table and not enough food.
Also I ordered 2 platters for adult for $88 I had to ask for napkin and plates.
The cupes were sticky I spent over $300 and the only thing I was happy about seeing my daughter happy playing with her friends. I will never do birthday party there again.

Second time at this playland. Yes we turned up a little late at 3.20, nevertheless, we had come for a drive so I didn't mind paying for my daughter to have a quick play.
At 3.45, the staff turned off the compressor for the jumping castle/slide, 2 mins after that they started packing up the 'under 3's' area where my daughter was heading. We got told 'no sorry this part is closed' aling with the slide and the big playground while they picked uo toys and re-arranged. So basically from 3.45 my daughter could play nowhere.
While this was hapoening there was a staff member sweeping the floors, mid sweep, she picked uo the broom and used the same broom from the floor to 'sweep' the tables. How ...read more

I have been here a few times as its entry price is generally cheaper than other play centres within the area but I've found it isn't a good layout, there are a lot of hidden spots which makes it hard to keep an eye on your children. The under 3 year old section is usually full with kids much older and they can get a big rough with the younger ones. A lot of the time kids are climbing in areas that they shouldn't be. No supervision (even though it is meant to be parents watching, I think employees should be stopping kids that are doing dangerous things like chucking toys down the big slide). There is also metal poles on the equipment without padding which is dangerous and they don't clean the play equipment. I have gone one week and I will see some uneaten/chewed food and have been back a few weeks later to see the exact piece of food still there.
