They took the cash but delivered nothing, once bitten........

Unlike others here I can't complain. Well, it took them like a month longer to finish my website, but I'm satisfied with the result. Communication was good, I was told earlier that it might take few more weeks to complete the design as there were going through some restructuring and been under the voluntary administration for some time. Anyway - they delivered what we had in the contract, so I can give them solid 4 stars.

They have no integrity and take all your money while feeding you rubbish and not delivering.
Would not recommend dealing with anyone from this company or employing anyone that has been associated with it.
In the same boat as a lot of other people below who have had dealings with the people in charge of this company.

Once they have made the sale and promised you the world nothing at all happens and all they do is argue with you. Not very good customer service

Woocom recently completed work on my business website. It took a little longer than I'd originally anticipated, but when you're dealing with so much information and getting everything to work together seamlessly it was worth it. The team were really great to work with too and always answered the questions I had put to them in a way this technophobe could understand. I think with a lot of relationships like the one I had with the Woocom team you need to put in too if you want success. There are so many things to consider, from colours and fonts and what you want included or left out, how content can be tweaked. There was a lot of work I needed to do myself that I didnt realise I would need to do, but once that was all sorted it was smooth sailing. I couldn't reccomend the team more. Cherie and Kimba were champs!
