I had a booking for two nights, I rang to cancel the first night as we would be arriving very late and didn\'t want to get lost in an unknown area...was greeted with an extremely rude management telling me they have had so many enquiries for that night. Been a business owner myself I understand these frustrations however would never speak to my customers the way their management did. I ended up canceling both nights...would rather do the long drive home then stay there. I was informed my $50 deposit would be lost but I don\'t even have a problem with this. What an unpleasant experience, no good reviews here.
