Went to these guys via insurance after accident. Repair took over 2 weeks, on pickup I noticed flood light warning light was still on, car charger not working and radio was fuzzy, was told the two latter items were wear and tear issues and not their responsibility and they were not going to address it. Later it was discovered that the radio was fuzzy because a cable had not been plugged back in properly during the repair (completely their fault and they were asking me to get a new antenna). Car charger was also an easy fix. Moral of the story, don't take your car here if you have a choice!
I was lucky to have competent people work on the car afterwards, otherwise would have been out of pocket unnecessarily!

I agree with the other posters here - poor customer service. Gave false completion date. Stuffed up on their end and failed to take responsibility and even acknowledge it. Budget Direct should take this repair centre of their partners list and do everyone a massive favour.
worst customer service ever. the reception guy was arrogant and rude, they pretended to polite unlock the car for us to pick up, only to find that they had broken our new key and tried to glue it back together. Unfortunate for them, we found out as they glued the lock button function shut that it doesn't even work anymore. we called up and they claimed that it was a broken key already.
Worst customer service. Had a claim with BudgetDirect insurance that it's not my fault but end up im being the unlucky person to deal with this repair centre. They gave false completion date. They never update you regarding your car status. At the end of the day the car is not ready and being said it is now having mechanical damage. The man who sits on reception does NOT have customer service experience at all and arrogant.
I had my car repaired here through insurance otherwise I wouldn't of thought of going here. They were very friendly and made my whole experience a very smooth transaction. I got my car back looking brand new and not at all being able to tell it had been in an accident. They ran me through the whole process and explained everything to me in detail. Only downfall is that they don't offer loan cars and they had my car for over a week. Overall, a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Wood's services to anyone looking to make repairs to their vehicle.
