Woods Accident Repair Centres

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! The staff are rude and borderline incompetent. I brought my car in to get inspected after an insurance claim and showed them where the damage was. The repair person started arguing with me that the damage is somewhere else. LIKE DUDE I KNOW WHERE ITS DAMAGED. Turns out he had the wrong paperwork. No communication was given about the process and status of repairs. Only nice person was the female receptionist that answers the phone everyone else was rude and not helpful.

Car was put in just for front bumper to be repaired, satisfactory results. However noticed when picking car up in evening that they also decided (unrequested) to touch up a few paint chips on the quarter panel - but left dobs of slightly mismatched paint. One staff member in the workshop took 5 mins to hand sand the few spots and wipe with polish - satisfied with the results. When more dobs of paint were discovered in daylight on the bonnet, I contacted Woods (email ignored so had to call) to ask to call past and have someone take just 5 mins to do the same fix up - was told they 'don't do that' as I hadn't paid for a cut & polish, but begrudgingly said come past and they will look at it. I had to wait an hour ... only for them to have removed the previous dobs and added even more spots of mismatched paint that they again did not tidy up. Will Not be returning or recommending Woods to anyone. shoddy finish.

Vehicle returned with incomplete repairs. A month later, I was informed that the repairs could not be done as management was unable to locate a spare part. Repairs were finalised in the end, but it shouldn't be that hard.

Warning: not to take your car to this repairer!!!!

It has been almost 7 months and they have still not completed repairs!!! In fact the management doesn't even call us back! We were warned by a tow truck driver about taking the car here and should have listened.
