I can't speak highly enough of Bryan Smith. He & his team have just built the most beautiful verandah for me as well as renovating part of my house. The quality of the work is exceptional, he & his lads were always prompt, polite & good fun! He was always happy to answer my queries & nothing was too much trouble, even when I was a complete pain & changed my mind several times with what I wanted. He kept in touch with me throughout the job so I always knew what was going on. I have used other builders in the past & have been let down on countless occasions with jobs being left incomplete, poor workmanship & total lack of communication from the builder as well as being vastly over charged. Bryan Smith does none of these things & I shall never use another builder again!!
