They are harassing us for a call out fee for checking out a fault on heating unit after they replaced the fan. Is it too much to expect to have a fully functional unit after we paid you the first time? If I take my car to the mechanic and they say they fixed something I expect it to be working not in limp home mode!
That's terrible service! Sadly, it seems to be common with them if you look at other reviews on this site. what a terrible company.
Very poor customer service. The lady in the office ("Judy") is extremely rude, and raises her voice when you try and speak. Wolley's charge exorbandant fees just for attending the site, and most of the time they have to return a few times to fix things. The workers are nice but even they apologise for the price "Sorry mate, he has to send his kids to Ivanhoe Grammar, so these are the fees he charges" - this was said to me last week. Avoid this company and consider another local. I gave them a go to fix a gas/heating issue, but like many others on this site, found their conduct and attitude disgusting.
I would highly recommend this company. Ken the owner offered great advice when it came to decisions on our ducted heating. The girls in the office were terrific always keeping us updated on things
The guys who came to work on the unit were the best always arriving on time and calling to let us know when they were on their way. They spent time showing us how to operate the controls and gave us time to ask questions. Left the place clean even offering to mop ther floor
The prices were also very good!!!
We will definitely use Wooleys again and be calling them soon to service our cooler for summer

I and others had the opposite experience to this. Your review seems a tad too commercial...perhaps you work for them? AKA The office manager is ALSO called Judy...Hmm..me smells a fake review here.
We had Woolleys Plumbing install our hot water system this month. They price matched quotes I had gathered from other companies on labour and the price of the hot water unit. Fantastic! Removal of the old unit and installation of the new was quick 1 hour. I would recommend Woolleys with 1 caveat. Check the invoice. Some mistakes were made and we werent provided with a cost breakdown of the job just a penciled calculation on the day. However, within a few days the discrepancies were resolved. The fact that Woolleys credited the disputed amount back onto our card after we had paid the bill is especially impressive. For me, the strength of a company is partly measured by its willingness to resolve such discrepancies. Alex.S.
