I went to The Woolshed yesterday to perhaps purchase some possum wool. I now would not purchase anything from this establishment! The sales staff was incredibly rude! Honestly, because I didn't wear posh gear - you'd think they didn't want me in their shop! They actually implied that I couldn't AFFORD to buy anything there! Their words were, 'Well, if you want QUALITY, you're going to have to PAY for it!' (I hope the capitals help emphasize the tone with which this was delivered). Personally, I wouldn't be there if I couldn't pay for the goods, and secondly, have they forgotten what 'Service' in 'Customer Service' means?
