Woolworths Ltd

I went to EastLakes Woolworths and all was fine till I went to the checkout. A few days before I was working on a circuit board and burnt my hand with my blowtorch and had to wear a white bandage on my hand.

The woman on the checkout used my bandaged hand to racial go at me (being white and having a bandage means your a junkie ) and suddenly emptied her till and got the check out women next to her to do the same while looking and treating me very poorly.

You are a disgrace and will be doing the rest of my Christmas shopping at Coles

The trolly collection service in Eastlakes is a disgrace.The trollys are collected by noisy old tractors operated by workers who dont seem care how much noise they make as they thunder and crash around the streets.Most people here are new imigrants who dont want to complain lest it attracts trouble.Woollworths take advantage of this and inflict there trading methods on the people who are there customers.I have put forward sugestions to fix this problem but despite assurences nothing has changed.Shame on you woolworths.

Despite being recently taken over by one known major developer in Sydney, BKK Shopping Centre at Eastlakes is known for its run-down, unkempt atmosphere, and Woolworths at this shopping centre is pretty much no different. It felt like you were revisiting the town you grew up back in the 80s to see that nothing has changed.

There had been no visible design refresh, making it look very old school. The lighting makes the store look pale, and the shelves also looked very old. I visited this place on a Sunday afternoon and found not as many people in the shop as I would find on any other Woolworths elsewhere — however, it still felt a little bit alive with the amount of staffs available.

I wasn't at all surprise when I found out they have no free Wi-Fi at this Woolworths, but I wish they could have picked up the game and do some upgrade.

Staff in aisles are usually alright but some of the staff at the checkouts are really rude and do not give good customer service either. Refunds are sometimes just a headache when clearly the staff just try to convince you that you will not be able to get a refund. Some staff are pretty decent and give good customer service though. It's basically a mix of people with either good or rude behaviour.
