Woolworths Ltd

It's OK. Fortunately, I'm not that demanding with the standard supermarkets. I just want my produce, and want it efficiently. This Woolies is a standard stock one. Large, standard variety, the fresh produce is decent enough but not overly superior. The bread section at the back of the store has regularly reduced stock to keep things fresh so one can satisfy sweet cravings at a reduced price. There are heaps of checkouts and I've found the staff to be friendly enough for the supermarket shop. I wouldn't go out of my way for this supermarket but it's convenient if you are already in Marrickville Metro. There is also a fresh produce store on the other side of the mall if you want to check it out.

The slowest staff of any supermarket in the inner West (and I go to most).Stock lines have been drastically reduced - brands replaced by own brand. Fruit and vegetables VERY poor quality.

Pretty old and outdated store, I go to the Coles at Earlwood instead when possible.

I find the layout of this store really confrontational. The isles are massivley long with a break in the middle for cross traffic - which is exactly the problem. There's shoppers criss-crossing all over the place, while you're trying to browse and shop.



The range is huge, food fresh, etc. But I just can't get past how it's so unpleasant to move around. Plus, it's always busy and the checkouts can take a long while to get through.

The new refurb about a year or two ago has been great. Overall a good store, although avoid like the plague the deli counter. Total service nightmare.
