customer service in this supermarket is poor. they sometimes forget to remove signs for 'on Special" products that has expired already for the previous weekly specials. I made a purchase and always check the price especially discounted products only to be charged FULL price upon payment at the cashier. I called the managers attention but denied that they forgot to remove it (they remove the sign after I made a complain) so making me look like im making up a story. Manager was trying to protect the employee's fault instead. I demanded a refund but never apologized to me. I just hope they would accept their fault with stuff like this.
I disagree, the customer service at Woolworths Unley is extremely good, in a store that size there are always going to be minor mistakes. These days it's rare when a manager tries to protect his employees, I wish I had a boss like that! I might just apply for a job there myself...
