Check out staff overcharged me on a product. Just after I left the store i realised this so went back and questioned it staff became rude and abrupt. Will be going to other supermarket next time.

I accidentally dropped a glass juice in fornt of a staff member. I was being really clumsy. The staff member didn't bat an eyelid. She apologised profusely to me and ran to get a mop. I kept apologising to her as it was my fault. She smiled brightly and said "accidents happen, the main thing is that you didn't hurt yourself" she was so friendly that it has left such a positive memory for me. Finally a staff member that isn't grumpy - even when I am clearly at fault and have made so much extra work for her.
