Robyn has been my teacher for over 5 years now. I first met Robyn when I completed the Intro to Meditation course. I never thought that I would be able to meditate but by the end of the course I had a regular practise going and I was the happiest within myself that I had been for a very long time. My family life was calmer and more enjoyable and I was able to curb the need to always plan ahead and at work I was more capable of withstanding turbulent times. My interactions with others was more fulfilling and I was much less judgemental. After the course finished I continued going to Robyn's once a week for over three years.
