I am updating my review on work rest and play plus sized clothing.
After months of not hearing from the company and getting the Department of Fair trading involved the company thankfully sent the item i requested in a smaller size and it is perfect. Exactly what I wanted, the quality of the item is excellent and I can not fault them on that.
They also refunded my payment in full as an apology which was great.
I am glad the issue has been resolved.
Do not order from this company, I have been waiting for my replacement item since March 2020.
They approved my return, I sent it back the same day and it sat at the post office for over a month, it still hasn't been collected now in the middle of May 2020.
All emails unanswered, I will now have to go through the Department of fair trading to get my item or refund.
Its a shame as the item was exactly what i wanted, just too big even though i went off their sizing charts.
Save yourself ghe hassle, don't buy from here.
They are an online store, this happened before covid 19 started. All other businesses I have ordered from during this time have been amazing.
Unfortunately not Work Rest and Play.
This for me was the worst online shopping experience l have ever had.
