Strongly advise any candidates seeking a professional resume NOT to use this company.
The resume produced is absolute trash and it is a direct copy/paste on to a Word 97 template. This person has absolutely no specialisation in your industry despite his claim he can tailor the resume to meet your career objectives and seniority of your position.
Here are three direct quotes from an email dialogue I had with this person that I find outrageous:
#1 [Kevin]: Why is the following statement inserted in a role which I led managing Public Safety and Emergency Services? "Responsible for inventory control, managing current stock & placing orders with suppliers."
[Amir]: Inventory control was referring to stationary orders and things like that.
