Workout Indooroopilly

I have only been here for a trial but the place was epic. Out of my price range though. The place looks great since it has been done up after the floods.

Have to agree with the other reviews. This place is excellent! It has good equipment (some of it old - but good). You could eat you dinner off the floor its that clean and the staff are excellent. I think it must be an owner operator as there seemed to be a lot of care factor. Would I join? if I lived over that side of town - absolutely - Next!

Nice, clean, modern gym suites everyone. One of the best thing I like about the gym is that you feel welcomed by the staff and other members if your 12 years old or 80 years old!! Great classes with enthusiastic instructors

This is one of the best run gyms in Australia. They really understand strength training for the over 40s. I only go once a week to follow their MedX program and I keep getting stronger! My three sons workout there now.

They need a bigger parking lot. This says something about how busy this gym can get after work. There's a steady stream of cars throughout the day but after work is when the car park fills to bursting. This gym has been around for quite a while and even though it is off the beaten track compared with other gyms, its clientelle are obviously very loyal. They often have local offers for new members to join in the junk mail.
