Was absolutely appalled with the service from this restaurant. I have been a few times because the kids enjoy the play ground. But every time we have been we have been served our food without any cutlery. The wait staffs are so rude and do not know the first thing about customer service. The tables never get cleared after eating and the place is always a mess. Apart form the instant rice the food isn't too bad. Soft drink was an absolute joke. Watered down coke that doesn't even taste like cordial. And then we got some soda water instead of lemonade. And since we were in a big group we spent over $60 on these drinks.

Bowling alley for kids is broken.

And again the people who work here are RUDE!

Would not recommend, will not go back! Absolute waste of money.

Went for a kiddies birthday.... the place is great for kids no doubt about that... and I was having a good time... however my visit was marred by an unfortunate incident where a whole huge glass of coke was spilt down the front of me by a waitress. I was drenched to the point I had no choice but to go home and get changed. Now yes the waitress was very sorry and I did feel for her and I even told her not to worry which I really meant... I really wasn't angry at all, accidents do happen right...
