I would advise anyone making a booking with Worldtourism to read fine print on your booking, we recently travelled to Queensland with a booking to a beach resort in February 2013 through World Tourism, it was a long awaited family holiday and first time in 25 years heading back to Queensland, we drove from Brisbane airport to the resort only to be shocked by the state of the accommodation booked on our behalf through Worldtourism, the state of the accommodation was terrible, it looked like is was not cleaned in quite a while, doors wouldn't open, cutlery was filthy, bed linen was covered in dust, and to top it off as we started to unpack a large shelf in the walk in robe weighing about 15 to 20 kg's collapsed, this being the last straw we complained to the management and after making several phone calls getting nowhere we proceeded to book accommodation else where.
