Poor vehicle delivery- careless detailing, nominated additional accessories were not installed, even car plate was not hung properly. Basically no attention to detail was given.

Management denied responsibility in a dismissive way when complaint was raised after vehicle delivery.



Very unpleasant and disappointing after-sale experience.

Advertised as 1 owner and originally purchased from Worthington BMW. It was actually 3 owner and purchased at auction.

When I told the sales person they shrugged their shoulders and didn't care. I complained and they quickly changed the ads on carsales and BMW website. Never responded with simple apology to my complaint.

Certainly don't buy used BMW from them.
