Wow Cuts & Colours

Absolutely dreadful. Your hair needs are left in the hands of inexperienced apprentices who cannot figure out the most basic of color formulas. Apprentices are supposed to be supervised at all times, they are NOT. Color and bleach are left in way longer than is necessary, causing hair damage. It is the owners responsibility to oversee this and ensure their clients needs are met. This was not a priority for her apparently. When on holiday, you must ensure your staff is qualified to cover for you. You might go to WOW for the low prices, but it will cost you double to get the mess corrected at another salon. This was by far the worst hair experience I have ever endured. I am posting this hoping others can avoid the disheartening experience I went through.

Wow alright! I couldn't tell you how long I've been searching for a hairdresser who actually cares about my hair rather than selling more products!! I have curly hair that I've never been able to manage correctly, and my last hair color turned out terribly! The ladies at Wow Cuts n Colour made me feel like I was the only client there! And the colour is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Also...didn't wait for even a minute before they started, and afterwards they explained how I could wear curls out with product I already had instead of selling me more!! Definitely found a hairdresser I will be going back to.

A refreshing change to the usual hairdressers. Service was great (trim & eyebrow wax) and very reasonable. Hairdressers talked about real issues, not gossip, and the humour was infectious. Only minus was they were running 20 mins late.
