Wow Excellence In Hair

I cannot begin to explain the heartache I feel every day when I look in the mirror, and it is all thanks to your salon. I came to your salon above all others as I wanted to look nice and respectable for my pops funeral the following day... I most certainly did not. The hair cut, which wasn't even included in my package was disgraceful! I had a rats tail to be honest! And the colour when I left, just makes me want to cry thinking about it. It was green, silver, brown, I honestly don't even think it knew what it was because it was disgusting! Not to mention the stylist argued with me in regards to what colour the roots were in the photo I showed her, which was a screenshot of the actual VIDEO I watched to get the colour I wanted.... I have been an apprentice hairdresser myself, and never have I met someone who would make a client sit in a chair for 5-6 hours and charge them $260 only for them to get nothing like what they wanted. I recently made an appointment with Letitia to style my long hair into a shorter cut. When I got there I was fobbed off onto a junior, the "special on the day was a free treatment, yes they used the word treatment,(I chose eyebrow wax) hardly that, it was two juniors with a customer each fighting and swapping the tweezers between us two customers!! I should have known then to get up and walk out, stupidly I didn't. To cut a long story short, I now have one eyebrow shaped and nice and the other looks like a train wreck! I had long hair which I asked to be layered and cut to just touching my shoulders.
