WP Plumbing

I called WP Plumbing out to check for water in the wall behind the shower since it was leaking from some angles. Suddenly I need to replace the whole rail with a $450 one, and the job is $650. When asked why it has to be such an expensive one, the rep retaliated in an intimidating and condescending way. He made me pay for it immediately as a deposit and told me I needed $850 worth of work to my hot water system. In reality, they were installing a $20 valve. I was a bit suspicious why he was asking personal questions like what is my job, am I the owner, to figure out how much to ripp me off by. The next morning the plumbers came, one was an apprentice and was struggling. My invoice was bare and I received no compliance certificate, which is against the law for work over $750.
