WR Gay Pest control

I used another company earlier this year for a wasp nest removal and treatment, within three months, the wasps were back building a nest and the other company's attitude was "oh, too bad, we can come back but it'll be another $400, okay?" Not okay.

I rang these guys and they sorted it for me, no issues, even organising payment was easy. I've just had to have them back as we've been hearing noises in our roof that has been driving the cat crazy and they were so easy to deal with! Miranda on the phone went through the prices in detail with me and also assured me that they'd fit in with when suited us. I upgraded my Scoopon voucher to the $140 general treatment, which specifically states that fences are included. The technician who came out wouldn't even spray any inner facing fencing that was on our land because he said "It'll take too long" and kept shaking his head. I spoke who someone else from the company regarding this matter, and they said the tecnician told them he had sprayed the fencing. We were standing outside the property the entire session and not once did we see him spray any part of our fencing that was on our land. So much for honesty. Also, if you're after a pest control company who uses proper machines and does a thorough job, this is not the company for you.

Had our home sprayed on the 1st November 2016, has done nothing. Called this morning to be advised that there is a investation at present. Stated that I thought their product would at least slow them down. I sprayed with normal fly spay and killed 6 cockroach's in a matter of minutes only to be advised by their rep on the phone that this would kill whatever they had sprayed. Advised that as I had purchased through Scupoon there was no warranty, it's in the fine print.

Didnt get rid of spider, and refuse to come and respray or refund. This was for the central coast branch. Im in the process of going to department of fair trading as they have not supplied the service as stated

Technicians Not arrived, Did not recieved any calls or email to arranged a rebooking.. and also they not asnswering my or call or Repsponding to my email.
